Today, Tues, Feb 28, 2023 @ 6:30 am is the latest time that I noticed my power out. Some of my lights & refrigerator were flickering repeatedly. I received no notification/alert. I am finally able to report here after failing to reach PG&E site since start. For that, and for the relatively milder rain conditions presently, I am grateful.
