I received the same earmuffs and I live in Florida! I ordered something from a Chinese site that supposedly was delivered but it wasn’t. I did not order earmuffs. This is from 14900 Frye Rd Ft worth Texas. It’s an Amazon fulfillment center.

Just received 2 bottles of Slim Detox, which I never ordered. Tried calling the 833 number on bottle but office closed at 6pm. I've seen many complaints about the same issue.
