I ordered clothing online (“Kohls” out of FB) in May 2023. When I checked the status, the goods were supposedly shipped and delivered from China. When I notified them via email that I did not receive a delivery, they supposedly shipped and delivered a second package. I notified them again that I had not received a delivery. I asked for a refund. I was informed that they will only reimburse 90% of my payment and it’s being processed. I was also informed that I may be subject to CHARGEBACK and if disputed that I may be penalized!!! megaency@wmofono.com is the email address they respond from
