Possible Scam: Acqra buyifactory New Po Kong, Acqra buyifactory New Po Kong

more than 3 weeks ago, I ordered for 5 North Face Jacket items and the payment was receoved by Acqra buyifactory New Po Kong. Later they sent me so called tracking number writing following:
The package has been shipped out. The tracking number： ZJD12125****
. Please track the shipping information through the following URL:
Please inquire first 17track: www.17track.net/en.
If 17track cannot be checked, please visit the official website of the operator accordingly.

Followed the tracking number today
Says it has been delivered.
haven't seen it. I think they are criminal groups and steal peopl's money. I am gonna report to Cyber Crimes Unit.
