I ordered a bench with shoe storage and nothing arrived, except that I received a package with a hat and neck warmer with the “5.11" logo that I did not order.
How do I get my money back? And report this scam if that's the case. Thank you
Paid $50 and nothing received. A package was sent to me from nowhere containing a fabric hat, I did not order it. A scam! I want my money back, is that possible?
