I bought a 12-module shoe rack and paid 47.96 and the tracking says it was delivered yesterday, November 28, but the only thing I received was a small box with an ink pen and I didn't order that. I want to know what I should do to get my money back, because I haven't asked for that. This is a scam store

Same thing happened to me with this company. Not sure if my CC company will respond favorably.
Same has happened to me…ordered 2 months ago and set at least 10 emails….NO AND ANSWER…lost about $57 Australian dollars
I had the dame problem . I will contact credit card but they took the mony right away. Not sure they can do anything.
