Portable plug in heater. I looked. Entered credit card information, Never entered or received confirmation, etc. Credit Card statement had Innovative Tech Collections! All so very confusing, but request a refund and return address for this item never approved. Was inquiring only, in error entered credit card, I have disputed the charge. Not completing the order to receive a confirmation, appears I was billed and sent a product!
