Poor quality clothing. False advertising. Refuses to refund me, Roseville, CA, USA

I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful purple blouse from a company advertising on Facebook. 6 weeks later, a very poor quality material,design and blouse arrived.NOTHING LIKE THEIR POSTED PICTURE. I emailed them the same day as arrival. They offered $3.00. I refused. They feel it's identical to what they advertised. Then offered $6.00. I paid $39.98. This is a USA Company.Here is my email to them:
I Made an online purchase of a blouse posted on Facebook on March 13, 2025 in the amount of $39.98. (See attached) The actual garment LOOKS NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURED PRODUCT FOR SALE. I'm 100% dissatisfied. I request 100% of My payment back. This package arrived yesterday, May 3,2025.
That is FIFTY TWO DAYS since purchase and since you deducted the money from my bank.
Please handle the refund transaction immediately. The package was 9 ounces. I cannot imagine that being much postage for you to absorb. IF you'd like this garment back, please advise.
