Order item end of November 2025. Contacted seller 1/3/26 requesting update. They insisted my pkg was delivered 12/26/25. Said "I" need to file a claim with USPS but they didn't provide a US tracking number. Pkg arrived 1/5/26 and it's a piece of crap!
