I feed cats in Piedmont Missouri and Chief Saunders has his deputies to threaten me with jail. Because they get so called phone calls from the citizens who don't like cats. And blatantly lied about a business who said they didn't care about me feeding the cats. But this past week we were told to not drive on Elm street to feed the cats. And a guy who has no right to say anything because we're feeding cats at the railroad tracks told us not to feed the cats even though the cats are not on his property getting fed
