Planter Scam by Craftsman Buy, Florida, USA

I ordered garden planters from "Craftsman buy" . I received a notice that it was delivered to my mailbox. It was a pair of cheap looking sunglasses. The package had the same tracking number as the sunglasses. They billed my credit card under the name "PPP Zone." They refused to repay my credit card charge. I communicated with them at email: name: Betty address: support@hctt-serve.com. .
