I received a pkg in the mail 8-7-2023 from EB/SHIPPING DEPT, containing a cheap smile face key charm. I did not order this and do not know who it is from. Please help me discover who this is from and why it was mailed to me. I just came across a BBB report that is similar to this. I had ordered some outdoor chairs on line that were advertised to be QVC buy 2 get 2 free, but the charge to my credit card for $49.95 was from Variety Store New HK HKG. I never got the chairs and have placed a dispute on the charge with my credit card company.
