Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine 2nd dose Side Effects, US

I had my second Pfizer dose Friday at 3pm. Today is Wednesday. I spent the weekend in bed (profound fatigue, malaise) fainted multiple times Monday, very hypotensive, one trip to the ER for IV fluids, (I was hydrating at home) and the brain fog is a total nightmare. I finally felt like I could put a sentence together yesterday. My brain feels like it's inside a block of ice that won't melt.
