Order translation ear phones. Was ament to be including postage $24au. They took $30.60 US = to 51.31au out of my account, tried email to the company “ they said we don’t have a order for your email” then when though PayPal to try to dispute the $$. They send to them a tracking code, and then pay pal closed my case, took the company 9 days to reply … got the box in the post day after they send that. The box was empty.Receive an empty box of head phones. The parcel said sender was BOE universal business park, block B9 3rd floor , 10 east Rd , Regents park NSW Australia.. but when contact pay pal for refund as there was nothing. The company reply in hours, it’s Just an empty box the company said return it within 8 days to china

So to return this box going to cost me $30 something AU an empty box not product. And the sender Address on the box is in AU. So either way I’m out of $ and been scammed to parcel that’s just rubbish

I cant figure why my tracking for my order was all over USA but it was delivered, 1 month after ordering, from Regents Park address. On the + side I did get my item finally
