I received a small plastic envelope with only a small piece of cardboard in it, I didn’t touch it used plastic tongs to get it out then threw it away I put the envelope and cardboard in a plastic bag and sealed it, the return address was shipper center 1007 Bryan mawr Dr Papllion Na
