It's about a package that was returned to you. And there's been a big issue. I have the tracking number, so it's something like that.Synoshi products as I believe I returned a package to you address

I need to speak with someone as I am owed OVER 300.00.
I will tell you I am having a hard time explaining to Eagle International that the parcel delivered to them must be returned to me. I have the tracking number from Canadian Post Office. The company I purchased online from is based in China. They will not refund me my money until I send the product to Lithuania.
I did not know this as Canada Post said they would be returning to sender Eagle Interbational) if I did not pick up the parcel at the post office. I did pick up and paid postage to return to Eagle International. I have phoned them and usually get a voice mail. One time I connected with an employee but was informed “No, we don’t do that.”
Do now what do I do?
I hope you can help me. I will of course pay for the package returned to Eagle Int…I would like to avoid losing the product and/or over $300.00.
