I received a package with a scarf in it. I did not order this. I am wondering if this was sent in place of something that I did order?

Check your credit card activity. They got my Mom 3 times for $49.99. She thought it was something she bought. We called the card company, filled out some forms and got my money back. Someones data breach might have got the number, they gave jus another card.
