Package received but not ordered, Uvalda, Georgia, EE. UU.

2 days before Christmas I received a package from P/O 165826 Avenida de Parque De Africa Caracloas 2, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. I did not order anything from these people and I don't understand why they sent this to me nor how they got my name, address and phone number on package. I did open the package and a silver necklace with an opal charm was inside. I live in GEORGIA. I recently ordered from Temu for the first time, so now I'm wondering if anyone else on here ordered from them.?!
