I ordered a knife from a company I have never dealt with before. The knife is defective. I'm trying to send to Benchmade (mfg) for repair. It appears Jada Noel, 2522 E. 37th St., Vernon CA 90058, the return address on the package, is a scam of some sort. I did not order the knife directly from Noel, but an online company at a steep discount. I think I've been had😡

I hate to tell you truly... but Benchmade won't touch that knife cause it's a knock off, clone, counterfeit or whatever you wanna call ot.
