I ordered a Knipex tool kit and pouch in April of this year, paid through Paypal. In June, the tool pouch arrived from this address in NY. I reached out to the 'help desk' at "support @delicatede. com" to find the rest of the product and they show it arrived through their tracking system. USPS, who delivered it, only showed one package from this address in NY. 6/30/2025 Got an email from China wanting me to return the entire package to their warehouse at my expense with the tracking number and some other information with the package. I responded to them vial email and asked why I couldn't return the product to the location in New York that sent it. As for the tracking number there are two tracking numbers that that came from China through the US from Michigan. The USPS tracking came via the address in New York . This is a scam that doesn't make any sense. After I get a response from the warehouse in China, I'll decide if I'm going to have my credit union get into this. I'll update then.
