I received a package with two of these objects (I don’t even know what to call them) on 2/11. I’m in KS.
I just received the same things in the mail and I didn't order them. Also like you said, I don't even know what to call them or what they are for. The only thing I have ordered that I haven't received yet is two alarm clocks with wireless charger on top and it also opens forward like a drawer with a hiding spot for a small caliber pistol. So I'm guessing that they sent this instead.
