I received a package that I did not ordered. It included some sort of cable, some sort of tools, and cheap pair of ear phones. The black is black, has a big question mark on it and says, "LUCKY BOX". The address label is on top of another label. The box has an email address of:
support@useerservice.com
Inside was a sticker with a customer service email:
support@csbase-o1.com
No type of receipt or Company logo.
