Package delivered that says delivered without contents, NJ, USA

I got an order delivered to my address and a tiny envelope bubble package when I track it it says delivered out of Texas and it is stamped from my post office delivered without contents. There was nothing inside it. The return address on it is PENISES ZWITG 204 Dividend Dr. COPPELL, TX 75019

Same, just received something from this address that I didn’t order. What did you find out?
I just received a letter from the post office because it was fake postage so the package won't be delivered. This is absolutely out of control. How are they getting info to mail this c**p to people like us when we didn't order
