I received a small package from:

Tracy, CA 95377

I received a small data cable set with Chinese writing underneath. The package shows a label was covered up that also had Chinese written on it. I don't know who I should report this too or what action I need to take to protect my identity. I'm in Sheboygan, WI, USA
