i placed an order on june 22 totaling $28.33 plus shipping of $5.99 plus shipping insurance of $2.00. I got tracking information from this date to July 21 which said it was delivered. I dont know where it was delivered to. It does not say just that it was delivered to a mail box/court yard. I do not have a court yard and nothing was in my mail box. I am guessing I was scamed. When I type in OUTLETSFI it takes me to Kohls web site. My credit card statement says it was PHP in HONG KONG. I have no other info except my tracking #. I know it is not a lot of money but on a limited income, it is. Tracking # is LXGYL20230647****. I was able to print out my original order#outletsfi 4857 but other details would not permit me to print.

Same thing happened to me! I’m very upset the dresses I ordered were for a wedding trip-I did get an email response from them stating they would look into it and possibly reimburse but who knows🤔think we were all scammed!
