Apparently I have been scammed by Facebook ad. Ad was for Outdoor Rocker chairs. Buy two for 19.99 get two free. Ad said it was from QVC/HSN. But looking at it again there was a Cughfs. com website listed in small print at top.

Me too. I paid for two Outdoor Rocker chairs back on July 22, 2024. For a moment there I thought that I didn't go through with the purchase but after looking closer in my credit card statements, I saw that I did place the order and was given a confirmation order. But never received the chairs or any other communication. What to do next?
