Bought clothes- or so I thought, from Ousell- so stup*d, fell for the cheap prices- so wish I'd seen the reviews. I asked to cancel & refund. Series of delaying emails later, a fake, nasty ring arrives- I presume they're connected. No clothes, no refund. Disgusting. The bank don't want to know. Will the police do anything? The profiteering going on round the world has to stop! We should be kind to one another, not steal their money.
