Received from Ormando Oteroy, Chicago sometime in 2024 (I’ve been ill for two years and have just recently been trying to catch up on my mail, etc.) a pink plastic container of some sort that appears to house a small ball. It has metal clips on the outside which appear to do nothing at all. The return address is 3646 S. Walcott Ave, Chicago, Illinois 60609. Has this been reported as a scam before, and, if not a scam, for what is the item used? Thank you.
