Ordered two human dog beds online didn't receive but an email from a company called fidelia said they were shipped. Received a bracelet in the mail on two different occasions from Online Seller 2700 Center Dr DuPont WA 98327I'm in Panama City

This exact thing happened to me. No dog beds, but received a man's bracelet. I feel even more cheated...I did not receive the second bracelet! 😕 I really wanted the human dog beds. The company I received an email receipt from was called Ruizo. When I click on "view my order" in the email they sent, it reads "Sorry order not found". I can only access their home page.
I got dragon bracelets from 2 different companies and received bracelets instead from same place you did.
I ordered two human dog beds at Xmas but instead got one cheap and ugly bracelet !!! Lost $60!!!!!
I ordered the same human dog bed Dec 6 and never received it. Nothing pulls up on tracking. I asked for a refund and was told to be patient! Ruzio is a scam. So this month I have had credit card theft. They took my points an cashed them in then changed my Credit card email address. CC contacted me we stopped it then they tried again the next day. I’m not sure who did this, but what a coincidence. I will never order from China!
