I ordered 4 lawn rocker chairs on fb ad, then saw it was a scam using qvc’s logo and video but no affiliation to qvc at all. I received a plastic square of material.

I did not order any lawn chairs but got the same piece of material in the mail.

Happened to me too! But I kept hounding them for a refund. They first tried to lowball me with a discounted refund, but I kept demanding a full refund. I believe it just came thru as a credit on my charge card. Keep demanding!!
Who did you report it to to get your refund?
Exact same thing happened to me. Is there anything g we can do?
I ordered two camp style rocking chairs from what I thought was QVC clearance. Here is what I received: a silly little vinyl key ring! #SCAM

Same. I became suspicious when I never received an email confirmation for the order. I disputed the charge with my bank's fraud department. They issued the refund immediately after I opened the dispute.
