Is there any way you can be so kind to help me out? I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes from Zolucky the end of October to beat the Christmas rush and to avoid stock outs. Little did I know, unlike the thousands of other retailers that extend their return or exchange policy until after Christmas, they won't budge, even on an exchange. Their sizing information is incorrect & obviously runs small. I just want to get the correct sizes. The package shows it was shipped by Online Seller on Glasgow Av. The order # isHB11E008*****. I hope you can help me out. At this point I am not sure I trust Zolucky even if I mailed the shoes back to exchange.
