I ordered the pool cleaner as well and received the same ring today. Disappointing!
I ordered a switch blade knife and totally defective. It opens but does not close. SCAM PLACE ! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS !!!

Same, I'm trying to get refund
I have found/learned that if you don't recognize the company name and address on the envelope or box you should never open it. UPS, USPS and Fedex will return to sender if unopened in almost all cases. I know for sure that USPS will return it if unopened. Keep your receipt and if you are charged you will have evidence the unwanted package was returned.
