Ordered a cat wheel from company in China, China

17Track sends tracking in Chinese. First, they said undelivered 3-25. Then I wrote them they said the carrier is China POst so I used the email addresses I found to contact them. Today in military time it showed 15.17 delivered. It was only 2. pm pacific time. My office at the apts, did not receive a package. It was not delivered to me upstairs at my apt. either. So I guess I should tell my credit card company. The original company was A.B.Jamson so I did not even realize I was ordering from China as they did not list a location., frist they say undeliverable. Today they say deliveredI'm in Escondido
