Ordered the car protector on 12/3/2022 and received an old world pen with no return address from China. Company on Facebook selling this is designacid. Fraud!I'm in Bedford

I ordered a support for the arrival of my truck to make my dog more comfortable in the truck, they took my money from my $36.61 account and the thing I received yesterday was music to the mouth. I tried to contact them 3 times and no response from them. I contact my bank and report them. I have a friend who told me never to buy things that appear on FB because these are companies that all or almost all of the same company, a lot of people get ripped off just like him and us. Now I don't know how you got reimbursed, but I'm contacting my bank. Good luck to you all and I'll give you news again.
