Order received that wasn't ordered, Ordered from rapid release company last month

I ordered some keto acv gummies from rapid release last month. Told them, when asked, to not keep my information. Just received a full order that is double what I paid last month and I never would have bought anymore. I asked them to remove my debit card information. I can't afford it and it doesn't really work.
