Order not received and no refunds on my purchase, Birkenhead, UK

I have had a bad experience with chifurn after I placed an order with them online. The order wasn’t delivered and after couple of inquiries and false promises I haven’t got any refund or my purchase until today and it’s over 2 month now. They are a scam!!
