I placed an order on May 2, 2023 assigned order # 1**** in the amount of $49.99. When I placed the order, the receipt stated it would be delivered by May 5, 2023. On May 22, 2023, I emailed service@kicishow.com for status of my order. They advised me that I needed to check the logistics and it would take at least 18 days for delivery. On May 24, 2023, I emailed them for status of my order. My email was returned undeliverable as there was no website. Today, June 2, 2023 Tracking showed my order was delivered on June 1, 2023. IT WAS NOT. I emailed again to advise tracking showed delivered and it was not. My email was returned undeliverable. Is there any way to get a refund?

Had the same experience...received nothing. Unable to communicate at all anymore. A $55.00 lesson for me. No more online shopping! Too many scams!
Same thing happened to me. Ordered May 9th and received nothing, tracking number isn’t valid and emailing them comes back as not valid. $40 down the drain. Lesson learned
