Order from Risetor never received, Risetor

I placed an order through this company months ago for approximately $58. I don’t have the exact date and amount on
me right now. To date, I still have not received my order. I have called, texted, and emailed on several occasions and have not heard one word from you in response nor have I received my order. What is my order? I gave you the correct name, address, phone number, dollar amount, and email address. I want a refund from you for the order I did NOT receive. This is a horrible way to run a company. I tried to go thru my bank to get my money back and you told them I received my order. Why would I keep trying to contact you if I have received my order?!?
