order for a swim suit, Owensboro, KY

Ordered in April and just received in August. My money was taken out of my account immediately in April!
The suit i received is not lined, and looks like a circus tent! It is huge and is nowhere close to fitting me!
The was NO packing slip or tags on suit. No info on how to return this defective product.
