Online Shopping Scam: Votness, Estevan, SK, Canada

I saw a Facebook ad claiming to be J.C. Penny's Clearance. Votness is the name on the ad. I saw that it did not take Pay Pal so I checked for any scam alerts. The site said that it was so new there weren't any reports on it so they were undecided. I decided to take a chance and ordered. Later that day I saw another ad saying the same thing but under a different company name. Then I got that GPS ring in the mail. The tracking numbers are different but when I track the number shown on Votness it says I received it the day I got the ring. I am unable to reach Votness as the e-mail address is undeliverable. I have been scammed out of $46.00 US. DO NOT ORDER FROM VOTNESS.
