I have placed 2 orders with this company, and have not received my orders When I go into tracking the 2 orders they were sitting supposedly in customs in Los Angeles, CA and when I checked today they state they were delivered, I have received no packages and I am home all day and would know if they were delivered. My credit card has already been charged for the 2 orders. What is my course of action for this?
This site looked reputable as it had JC Penney on it, I even went to JCP site and it looked the same.

Same thing has happened to me. This is a scam don't fall for it.
