On January 21, I was on a social media platform when an advertisement was pushed it had lovely African and Sunday outfits. I placed an order on the website but never received the goods. I contacted the customer service by email at fogether@zvahuu.com was informed that because I refused to accept delivery they would only refund 50% of my funds. I asked for the paperwork from their logistics company to no avail, so we proceeded to negotiate my refund, with the customer service agreeing to refund 90%. Below is the last email correspondence I received from them on March 02: Dear customer, Please be assured that I have urged the Finance Department to process your order refund, and we'll let you know when we return your money back. The refund process will take some time, thank you again for your understanding. Till now I haven’t heard nor received my refund. Unfortunately, I used my debit card and my bank doubts recovery of my money.
This is a foreign scammer without a doubt. You can tell by the language. Contact your bank because at this point they have your info. If you cancel your card they can't refund to it. I don't believe they will. But that's your call.I ordered a raised bed garden and received a tiny scarf. Thru the magic of internet I found others who got the same. We need government and financial folks to block payment to these when they are found out.
