I received a ring 2 days ago that I did not order. It was from Tevin James 9272 Hyssop Dr Rancho Cucamonga CA. 91730. I have ordered online from JCPenny. This has taken 41 days to get here. I tracked my package from China to California. Is he stealing pkgs then?
This is fraud....a scam. This is giving JCPenny a bad name.
