I don't Know what this is, never seen it or ordered it online It's like a heated neck rap. It looks like it plugs into a computer. I guess it gets hot and you put it on your neck. I don't know what this is Please help. I'm checking to see if any money came out of my account. I honestly don't know I use paypal a lot.
