I ordered a bench with shoe storage from Karmen. They never sent me an email confirmation, and I have no way to get in touch with them. I did receive a random cheap feather ink pen in the mail with no information about it. I'm assuming it's the same scam as reported by The St Thomas, Ontario, Canada customer on this site.
