I ordered a pair of sandles that looked great on the internet. I needed good arch support. They came over a month or more. The leather was cheap and the silver on the buckle was plastic. Plus they were too small. I have asked for my money back. I have sent them back, but all they want to give me is 20% back. They charged me $78+. They first said it would cost a total of $42+ change. Nothing has been solved
