I did not order anything from this person. I received a compression sleeve for your knee. After reading others posts - I remember now that I ordered beach chairs through, what I thought was "HSN - Home Shopping Network" and have not received them. I placed the order on June 19th, never received an order confirmation but I copied my order details before closing the browser and emailed myself the confirmation number and itemized list of items ordered. On June 28th I reached out to inquire about the status of my order and received an email response back from an email address of:info@rlnteiil.com stating "system problem with the logistics company".

I fell for it too. Got same compression socks.I have been chasing my refunds which they offered me % of my own money and told me to wait 5-7 business days since then no returns. I had just sent the lady responding as Nora a message this morning again.
Not sure what to do .At first I thought it was Bed,Bath and Beyond as it look so real
Same thing happened to me!! I ordered a party dessert cart online, but got the knee sleeve. I emailed and they said my product was delivered. They even told me to go to my neighbors to check if they kept my product.
