Husband wanted to try a pair of adjustable glasses and he ordered it online. The product was received, however, we were billed an additional $9.99 for a warranty that we did not request. Also we discovered that under a separate invoice, they signed us up for a VIP membership. Emails sent to them are undeliverable. The phone number listed on my bank statement is for a pet transport service. Plus, the usps tracking is invalid!
