Eleanor-Workshop/Jerry YasfbaraI ordered a pair of shoes from Eleanor-Workshop on 11/28/25. I got the info from Facebook. I finally received the shoes today 12/16/25. I haven't opened the package since I want to refuse them. The only way to "start" the return process is to email "support @eleanor-workshop. com". I don't believe that I will hear back for a RTS#. I emailed 2x's before and never heard back. So, not much hope
