Intelligent tooth punch...I reserved it today....so I will return the parcel

I received the parcel today 26 -2-24,, I have not ordered any goods.,so opening it to find what it was, I shortly wound have ordered this, as I have no teeth, though to having cancer. The package I received today..that I never ordered
